Descriptions :
Extruder screens provide a clean and clear extrusion for the melt
filtration and plastic extrusion processing machinery. This pack
screen filter is designed to keep away mixing of foreign particles
in finally equipped extrusion product. it is weaved by stainless
steel wire , black iron wire ,brass wire ,etc into wire mesh rolls
with width of 3ft -5ft , be put into slitting machine into shrot
width based on extruder screen disc's size,the second process is to
put into punching press machine through mold /dies into kinds of
shapes ( circular , oval , ring,etc ) , this is in single layer .
When we need multi layers screen , we put several layers on the
spot wedling machine through serveral nos of welding spots to fixed
the multilayers together , when we need multi layers in framed edge
, we need to wrap sheet along the mesh disc , normally we use the
edge material is aluminum or stainless steel . we will assure each
process in quality strict control and we will offer free sample
before final order to be approval on customer's end using .

The extruder screen filter removes contaminants such as paper,
allowing the clean recycled plastic to be collected
at the end of the process
Extruded Profiles
Wire mesh extruder screen filters are extensively used in the
extrusion of plastic profiles. Applications include UPVC window
profiles, plastic tubing ranging from gutters to industrial utility
pipes and custom made extrusions.
Blown Film Extrusion
Extruder screen filters are used in the production of polythene
bags, waste sacks and plain ‘cling’ film to name but a few. The
wire mesh extrusion filters are an essential part of this process
as they remove any remaining impurities in the plastic so that the
end product does not have any flaws in it.
