Descriptions :
stainless steel Extruder screen is nothing but a ss filter screen
disc, punched out of stainless steel wire mesh roll through presss
machine , spot welding machine , wrap rim machine or pleating
machine to combinate the final items on request to place on the
extrusion machine’s breaker plate to filter the contaminations and
other foreign particles from the melted plastic. Extruder screens
are made in a specific shape (i.e., Circular, Oval, Rectangular,
and Kidney), using single or multi layered wire mesh screens.The
use of stainless steel materials is due to their effectiveness
against the molten plastic’s pressure and temperature. Moreover,
due to the high tensile strength of the stainless steel, the
screens can be cleaned and used multiple times till the aperture
size is disturbed.
